Pump-Controlled Pressurisation System

It is a technological device developed to absorb the expansion occurring in heating and cooling systems and keep the plant pressure constant. The device removes the pressure increases during plant water heating by accumulating the expanded amount of water in the tank in a controlled manner. The expansion system ensures that a compensating water is sent back to the plant shrinking water amount with the help of the pump in the pump-controlled pressurization system during cooling of the water, and thus, prevents the installation pressure from dropping. The purpose of the system is to keep the pressure set in the heating and cooling plants constant. Tanpera pump-controlled pressurization system consists of 3 main components;

DEFECT INFORMATION

    • The large LCD display and error notification system make it easy to identify the cause of the defect and tackle it. In addition, the amount of water taken from the network is measured with the high-precision flowmeter inside the device and fault information is provided in case of a leakage loss in excess water consumption.

PROTECTION AGAINST POWER CUT-OFF

    • With the backup power unit in the system, the plant is kept safe in case of a power failure.

COMMUNICATION WITH BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM

    It transmits traceable information and fault information to the building automation system with an advanced electronic communication protocol. Different communication protocols conformity can be achieved.

  • Double layer enamel coated, equipped with single/double indirect pipe coil or with stainless steel electric heater.
  • Thanks to the optimum design of the heating coil, it provides a high amount of hot water for all needs with high performance and efficient heat transfer.
  • As the primary energy source, it is possible to efficiently use alone solid, liquid or gaseous fuel boilers, solar collectors, heat pumps and electricity, or some of them together.
  • It is delivered as perfectly insulated to minimize energy loss.
  • The surfaces that come into contact with the domestic water are covered with high quality enamel, which provides both the protection against corrosion and the surface smoothness required for hygiene.
  • Since the special design of the heater coil does not leave a cold zone in the tank, the risk of bacterial (eg legionella) reproduction is avoided and a homogenous heat distribution is provided in the tank.
  • With connection ports of suitable diameter and position, it is ready to be mounted..
